Country Coordinating Mechanisms (CCMs) serve as the coordination platform for Global Fund grants in each country. They bring together representatives from government, civil society, the private sector, and affected communities.

To find contact information for your CCM representative, please visit the CCM Dashboard.

The dashboard provides comprehensive information about CCM membership, structure, and contact details for each country.

Report Fraud and Abuse

If you know of fraud or abuse taking place in your country, you can report these issues directly to the Global Fund's Office of the Inspector General (OIG).

What should you report to the OIG?

  • Stealing money or medicine
  • Personal use of money or other assets
  • Fake invoicing
  • Staging of fake training events
  • Counterfeiting drugs
  • Irregularities in tender processes (for example, fraudulent bids, bid collusion, bid manipulation, coercive practice…)
  • Bribery and kickbacks
  • Abuse of power or authority for personal gain
  • Conflict of interest
  • Human rights violations by Global Fund grant recipients
  • Sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA)

OIG does not investigate allegations that do not constitute misconduct or wrongdoing, but rather indicate managerial and programmatic issues, work-related conflicts, disagreements, or interpersonal issues. However, where appropriate, OIG may refer all such matters to the Global Fund Secretariat for action.

To report fraud or abuse, visit the I Speak Out Now page. If you would like help with escalating or reporting issues, please reach out to us.
